Vertically Flying black, yellow, and green insect.

Very long abdomen and very tiny legs.

Habitat:

Xeric Woodland

Notes:

I have only seen this insect once in my entire life, have never heard of it and no one I've spoken to here seems to know what exactly it is, so it must be extremely rare.
