Purple, short growing plant with several flowers and really short stems.

Habitat:

Found this plant on Velika planina's pasture.

It does resemble it quite a lot, that's true! But when I took picture of it, it was so small ... I'm not sure yet. But thx for the suggestion! :)

Yes, possibly gentian. Gentiana froelichii? Doesn't seem blue enough, but it might be: http://species.wikimedia.org/wiki/Gentiana_froelichii
