Great shot ,I am off to Sri Lanka in a couple of weeks and this is one of the birds I am hoping to photograph .I will be over the moon if I can get one as good as yours.

notice the 3rd photo on the link. I didn't think it was a black-rumped at first, but then i noticed the "sri lankan variation" and was convince. check it out. sri lankan variation has what yours has, a reddish back. regular black-rumped has a green/yellow back.
