Tropical Kingbird

Yes I wish to see the Owl and many other species I haven't seen in California yet.

these seem to prefer to hunt near water. Every one I spotted has been near water. Not like the Western Kingbird that prefers open fields.

Been chasing rare birds in the area. But sometimes work gets in the way. I have trouble finding the Eastern Phoebe in Pescadero and forgot about the one in SF.

I noticed you never posted it before. Though it is rare for California, they have been spot sightings all over the bay area. Like SF, Oakland, HMB and Palo Alto. They have been showing up over the winters from a few years that I know of. And the one you spotted I know has been there for the past 3 winters at Heather Farms. But your map still shows the Stanislaus National forest.
