Dark colour. Red band on abdomen. Wings have an attractive blue sheen.

Hi Sukanya. Had a few minutes and tried to track this spotting down. I think the suggestion above is correct but I can’t take it to the species as there are over 30 listed with no identifying characteristics. The geography is right.
