5-6 " long.... blue speckels... looks slate color or brown depending on ?

Habitat:

Central california valley Urban backyard.... Stone block wall

Notes:

the bigger one here was chasing the little one and dancing

I have had these ID'ed as Western Fence, and coastal Fence and San Joaquin fence... ???????
