This Longicorn Beetle mimics a wasp (Eumeninae ) to gain protection.
To mimic a wasp, it has the very short elytra (wing cover). There are the orange-yellow bands on its abdomen.

that's called perfect mimicry!
I had obviously a problem with the antennae description, see my comment below... OK, once again: Both, flies and wasps have shorter antennae than yours, but the ones from wasps are longer than the ones from flies (do flies actually have antennae?), and longhorn beetles have much longer antennae than flies and wasps, sometimes size matters... ;-)...

Cerambycidae!! Naughty guy to ID ;-)... For a fly the antennae are too short, for a wasp they are still to short, so it must be a longhorn beetle mimic a wasp!! Cool spotting!
