Scott, thank you for all of your help! I see the pink Primroses here all the time, but never made the connection that this was a Primrose as well. The lobed look that you are seeing is from insect snacking, these are actually smooth-edged. Lol
That's an Evening Primrose, possibly Cut-leaved Evening Primrose, Oenothera lacinata, since some of the leaves of the plant in your picture look like they're lobed.
