Description:

Juvenile fishing spider, less than 2 cm long overall, white ring around thorax, row of parallel dots on upper side of abdomen.

Habitat:

On emergent foliage at the bank of a small creek.

Notes:

Possibly a juvenile Six-Spotted Fishing Spider (Dolomedes triton)
