Field Notes

Description:

Brown with a red belly that is often bordered with a gray granite-like pattern. Some individuals can be a light tan or gray color instead of brown. This is a live-bearing species (no eggs laid).

Habitat:

Found under natural cover. (Flat rock.)

Notes:

This one was in shed and had a bit of a stumpy tail.
