Notes:

This lizard would hang out at the edge of the trail at Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park and when frightened would run into the grasses.

Well the Six-lined Racerunner also has a blue tail as a juvenile haha
Ashley I did see one lizard with a blue tail that looked like a racerunner, but it ran off before I could get a picture.
The red just tells you it's a male :) There's also another skink that looks just like these two, but you are a bit too south for it. Females and juveniles have a black back with a bright blue tail, seem to see them way more often than a male like this!

Either Southeastern Five-lined Skink (Plestiodon inexpectatus) or Broadhead Skink (Plestiodon laticeps). Can only tell them apart by examining the scales under the tail :)
