Description:
Yellow trumpetbush is drought-tolerant and grows well in warm climates. It can colonize disturbed, rocky, sandy, and cleared land and occasionally becoming an invasive weed. This on the other hand is a beautiful Trumpet bush tree.
Habitat:
Grew in sandy soil. Urban env.
Notes:
The flower is up to 2 inches long and they are borne in big clusters. The tree can grow up to 20 feet. Tecoma is a genus of 14 species of shrubs or small trees in the trumpet vine family. Twelve species are from the Americas, while the other two species are African.
