Field Notes

Notes:

One of the largest meta-populations (slightly over 200) of Pacific Pond Turtle lives in the UCI Arboretum, where this was taken. They are sometimes run over by passing vehicles. Students have undertaken a study of catching and rereleasing turtles with radio transmitters to track their movement.
