Habitat:

on the grass, Doi suthep-Pui, Chaing Mai Thailand

Tricky one! I can't get closer. My closest guess would be Arhopala silhetensis. But even of this one there are several subpecies around, besides another ton of other Arhopala sp. http://45-13.bluehost.com/ifoundbutterflies/367-arhopala/arhopala-silhetensis
