Description:

3- 4 inches long medium sized moth. Dusky brown wings with lighter gray brown body.

Habitat:

Coastal area in a retail shopping center hedgerow.

In reviewing the pictures, Ryan, I think you may be correct. Thank you.
I am very confident you have a Monk Skipper here given the relative size of the skipper, the shape of the wing and the lack of a olive color on the head of the Dun Skipper. Your location would give credence to this as well as I find Monk Skippers to be fairly common in South Florida whenever I go home to visit.
