I think it is a Dictyopharid planthopper (Dictyopharidae). I have a small one here http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/11790071

Yes, I tried to get better macro shots of it, but other shots were not so good, not easy to do super macro :(
Wow, that is small. The one I saw was much large, maybe 20mm.
Yes, they are quite nice but very small, around 4-5mm in size.
