Field Notes

Description:

Medium-sized (around 2cm) salticidae, cephalotorax and abdomen are metallic green, the abdomen being clearer and with black longitudinal stripes and white dots. First pair of legs thicker and bluish-black with white-ish joints and last segments.

Habitat:

Costa Rican coastal rainforest.

Notes:

Learned about this spider´sI ID here, I actually didn´t think a lot about it until I saw an older post in this page and was kinda shocked of reading about its rarity, at least in center america, and the lack of photos.
