Found something similar: Potentilla "Tangerine" Shrubby Cinquefoil Low shrub with small leaves and yellow buttercup flowers in summer Remove unwanted or damaged branches in spring - cut back young strong growth by about one third
http://www.richardayres.net/garden.html Potentilla "Tangerine" I think this may be the closest to it. It looks similar and has green stems
don't worry bunny, i didn't either when i first joined noah. It took me awhile till i got familiar with species of animals
I never get anything right. ;-;
lilbunny, i just looked a bit more on shrubby cinquefoils, and i am actually not sure if these are the same. mine have yellow stems, and a sort of hollow stamen. cinquefoils have a different stamen and green stems.
thanks lilbunny. You may be right, anyone else want to agree or disagree?
This is probably a Dasiphora fruticosa. Their habitat is sun; moist thickets, wet prairie, swamps, fens, rocky shores.
