Notes:

I was picking kalamansi when suddenly my hand gets painfully itchy. I looked for the leaves and found this half inched size bright-colored caterpillar. I might have disturbed it while he was eating.

Yes, looks like Setora sp, but not sure S. nitens .. Beautiful!
This looks a bit like Setora nitens - Coconut Nettle grub. Yes, famous for their stings. I remember that the discomfort is a 24 hour thing, but you can read up on that. Dave
