Field Notes

Description:

12 to 14 inch high parrot like birds. Green feathers over most of the body and wings with a black face blue feathers on the under part of the wings and bright orange legs and feet.

Habitat:

Living adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean in an intra-coastal inlet. Flock travels throughout the area ina 4 to 5 mile radius usually here in the mornings.
