G. media also has wingbars, which I'm not seeing on this one. I second Common Snipe.
Looks like you are right so thanks a lot and i will study them better :)
It's on top of the head. It also has a longer beek..
To me looks like both have that white stripe in the middle on the head. I guess I need to study them better.
The Gallinago gallinago has a white spot in the middle on the head which the Media doesn't. I think you can see the white spot at #2...
I can survive few depressive spottings, no worries hahaha
Hahaha, I just had to get some dark colored spottings after all those colorful butterflies and that blue damselfly, I got bored of those colors :).
see Faredin, how could you possibly post something gray and brown and let jopy see that :D ha ha ha
hahaha I don't know how to take a picture of birds, when see yours getting little bit crazy! also, brown and grey birds look depressive to me... :D
Oh didn't know that, so now she needs to verify 2 birds and 1 more coming :)
well, yes, but not if the bird is found in marsh ;D
Hahaha, Today I got her a blue spotting which doesn't get more blue than that so she is fine but she ignores the bird spottings :)
didn't you say nothing for jopy today ;D ha ha ha she will freak out
