Description:

A nonvenomous water snake found throughout the most of Asia. Feeds on a variety of animals (mainly fish and frogs) and even carrion.When threatened, it sometimes raises it's fore body and stretches it like a hood.Very snappy in nature and inflicts painful bites.The most common snake in Eastern India.

Habitat:

Lives around any type of water body(even sewer lines).
