Description:

Small, blue dragonfly with abruptly tapering abdomen. Thorax is blue. Legs are black.

Habitat:

This one was sitting quietly on a grassy verge.

Notes:

Reportedley, this species is closely associated with water. There were two very large water bodies near where it was spotted. Global distribution is wide.
