I spotted this frog at Short Hills Provincial Park.

Well, I'm glad he did. You're a huge help on Noah.
Ranid frogs are very tricky to ID, unless you know exactly what to look for. I had an old school herpetologist as an advisor and he taught me a few tricks of the trade.
Thanks for the correct ID Mitch, yeah, I wasn't sure if it was a bullfrog. I'm going to post another toad now. I think it's a juvenile Eastern American toad but not sure.
Dan, I believe it's a Green Frog, Rana clamitans melanota. It has an abbreviated dorsolateral fold, which is diagnostic for the clamitans complex and lacking in bullfrogs.
