Thanks Martin for the correct ID... :)
@ kwalker... Ken.. could you help to ID this one?? http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6337002
Hi Kwalker, I think leaf eating beetle is more accurate ID for this guy, thanks :)
Thanks.. Love them too and I love to find NAMES for them!
Sure - as time allows. Love your images.
@ Ken.. Could you please check my other insects that have not been ID yet?? Thank you...
Hi -- I would suggest this is a Leaf eating beetle (Family Chrysomelidae; probably genus Paropsis) rather than a Ladybug Coccinellidae. Here is a Google images search for that genus: http://www.google.com.au/search?tbm=isch&hl=en&source=hp&biw=1600&bih=1109&q=Paropsis&gbv=2&aq=f&aqi=g1&aql=&oq= Ladybeetle adults and larvae are predacious, in particular on aphids whereas Chrysomelids can be pest leaf eating beetles. Cheers -- Ken
Thanks ClaudiaRamirez... I will do that..
Your Ladybug pics are very good, you should post them in the lost lady bug mission :) Best regards !!!
