Flycatchers are some of the hardest birds to identify as to species. Your picture looks a lot like a Phoebe. Too bad we can't post recordings of their songs too. That would make ID'ing things much easier!
Had a feeling it was a flycatcher... still not sure what kind of a flycatcher is it...
It's a flycatcher of some sort, most likely a Phoebe, genus Sayornis, or one of the Empidonax flycatchers.
