I live in coastal North Carolina.I have had one come to my feeder for 3 years in January.This is the first year none have come.I'm still waiting!
What a gorgeous bird. We saw one last week at our house for about 3 days. Haven't seen him the last couple of days. We are in Texas, too.
He should be proud of those feathers! Gorgeous colours!
Wow - I got to see a couple painted buntings near Savannah, GA a couple of years ago. They are beautiful little birds!
