Species ID Suggestions

Hey Kassius, You seem to know a lot about raptors. Perhaps you can help me ID the spotting below? is from a what it seems a red tailed hawk which I saw in a botanical garden in Guatemala (the animal seemed tame and living within the garden). I have proposed a species but I am not sure is correct. May be you could help me? Thanks :-) http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6427466
