Description:

Although in the same phylum as corals (Cnidaria) these are actually soft corals in the order Gorgonacea. These are also known as sea whip or sea fan and are sessile colonial cnidarians found throughout the oceans of the world, especially in the tropics and subtropics.

Notes:

seen this white corals inside of a cave in the cavern area. Depht round about 15 meters in the mediterenean sea
