Description:

The female is bright-yellow while the male is scarlet-red. Sometimes confused with the Scarlet Minivet and vice-versa. Usually found in pairs.

Habitat:

Found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests
