Alex i've been seeing multicolor's and versicolor's and i found this VELVET revolver(versicolor),maybe the velvet aspect ...http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/1b/Velvet_Revolver.jpg
your link does go to a "Trametes versicolor" but i meant "trametes multicolor" ( http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&cp=19&gs_id=2&xhr=t&q=trametes+multicolor&safe=off&gs_sm=&gs_upl=&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&biw=1264&bih=674&wrapid=tljp132529254970300&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=DFz-Tt7lLIin8QPk9c2qAQ ). but i'm also not sure!! good luck
http://eol.org/data_objects/8796431what you think of this one?if the link is correct, sorry, i'am a informatic dodo:)it seems to me very like mine.maybee the velvet aspect(not moisty) is because of the last two weeks here where very drie and cold
your link doesn't work: Hmm. That page doesn't exist. I have seen what you make wrong: "(http://www).projectnoah.org/spottings/8249070" that is the right one, yours was in the edit-mode: "(http://www).projectnoah.org/spottings/8249070{/edit}". ----- what do you think of "trametes multicolor" ( http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&safe=off&q=trametes+multicolor&gs_sm=c&gs_upl=1775l5874l0l8783l9l8l0l1l1l0l250l1548l0.5.3l9l0&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&biw=1264&bih=674&wrapid=tlif132529077769910&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=JFX-To_0Hc-08QOD3riyAQ ) first picture. I think, yours look very much like a "Elfenbankje"(dutch- turkey tail fungus), but not the real one. Yours are to velvet!
