Field Notes

Description:

The flowers are a very pale lavender color, more like a tuft of fuzzy hairs than your typical flower. The blades are very succulent and long.

Habitat:

Wet, muddy area on the Chassahowitzka Salt Marsh Trails

Notes:

Similar looking to Triglochin maritima, which I find in Kodiak: https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1878209455
