Description:

Small jumping spider is attacked by a Yellow Antenna Black Wasp.

Habitat:

Suburbia fringe next to national park - eucalyptus.

Notes:

In shot number 1 you can see the spider trying to bite the leg of the wasp.
The whole battle took about 45 seconds.

...and those yellow antennae really work overtime.
and stronger!!
The wasp hardly even noticed when the spider closed its jaws on the wasp leg. We know how fast the jumping spiders are but the wasp seemed so much faster.
guess the wasps winning !!
