Description:

THE wrap around spider is imitating a bud in the branch. Can you see it???
Pic #3 reveals the spider, facing upwards now.
Another one was found nearby protecting an egg sac Pic #4 also featured here http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/8599258

Habitat:

Both on black wattle branches. This plant had many lerps, bugs and ladybird beetles to feed on.

My first pic was the third one. He was running away when I noticed it, and then it adopted the hidden pose. I had three adventures on this hill today including the fiddler beetles and the dainty swallowtail.
