It seems that Leperina is the new taxon and Lepidopteryx (= scale wing) is superceded. Ken also has conceded this possibility. ALA only knows Lepidopteryx so I am not sure how to name this one.

Definitely Lepidopteryx and very similar patterns to Leperina decorata but smaller and furrier. Leperina might be current valid name instead of Lepidopteryx? - see Stephen Thorpe's comment here http://www.bowerbird.org.au/observations/9088
