Really appreciate the time you took to keenly observe the sepals in identifying. That is indeed a really wonderful tip in plant id ing. Thank you very much.
The sepals (if you enlarge the photo) are consistent with I.hederifolia but not I.quamoclit. The leaves are not finely divided as in I.quamoclit, but basically entire with some peripheral points.

Thank you very much Joseph. But,I think this morning glory is different, it had flat heart shaped leaves .Star ipomea have pinnate /needle like leaves. The link you shared also looks similar to this one. Can't say without seeing the leaves.
