I think, you´re right with the Glaucos-Winged. Thanks for ID.
Not a California Gull. Note the short, gray primaries, which make it a breeding Glaucous-winged.
I think it is a California Gull (Larus californicus) but other possibilities are Glaucous (L. hyperboreus) and Glaucous-winged (L. glaucescens)
