Kalanchoe tubiflora

Hi! My name is Laura, and I am a researcher at the Institute of Botany, Spain. We are studying the hybrid Kalanchoe houghtonii, hybrid between K. daigremotiana and K. tubiflora. It would be very useful to know if whether the observed individual of K. tubiflora from your picture is cultivated or, on the contrary, survive by its own (that is, escaped from cultivation). Thank you very much in advance!

C. Sydes is correct - it does indeed look like a Kalanchoe species. Possibly Kalanchoe delagoensis but it's difficult to tell without more information in the photo. (And hey- Melbourne is my hometown! I'm now on the other side of the state though. Keep posting - you make me homesick ;) ).

Aloe vera family, perhaps?
