I agree with Laura, a leucistic bird.
John I think it's just some natural variation in colour there :) You're right that you can get white Canadian geese - though they are leucistic rather than albino, which means they just have very pale, almost white colouration. This one just looks like it's naturally got lighter feathers than the others :D
i think one is albino but if that was the case shouldnt the neck be white too help please
