Description:

small brown streaked bird with a touch of yellow(male brighter). Travels in flocks and is aggressive in habit: often squabbling among themselves and chasing larger birds from the feeder

Habitat:

bird feeder in our mixed species forest

Notes:

This is the first time in a couple years we have seen them: generally they arrive with the advent of colder inland weather
