http://weavers.adu.org.za/sp_rhw1.php see the blue box at the bottom of the link I think this bird is Anaplectes rubriceps leuconotus to be precise.
It is still a Red Headed Weaver. http://lists.ukzn.ac.za/pipermail/sabirdnet/2010-December/023233.html It's maybe a split in the species. http://www.kenyabirds.org.uk/red-headed_weaver.htm

I see where the problem is. The black mask. Still searching

Looks like red-headed weaver, but species I know doesn't have black face patch
