You're welcome! No, I don't think the weevils cause the blistering, the pink blisters look like some sort of leaf galls. I've never seen ones quite like those before, but I'm also not a gall expert. If you google "leaf gall blisters" you'll see a variety of leaf galls with a blisterlike appearance.

Thanks for the help with the ID. There were a lot of leaves on the tree that were rolled up, and a lot of these pink "blisters" on other leaves. Do the weevils cause the "blisters", too?

It appears to be a female of the leaf roller weevils (which includes the giraffe weevils). Family Attelabidae.
