Taking into acount the distribution of different species of the genus Thasus, these nymphs seem to be of Thasus acutangulus or Thasus luteolus - both species are reported for Costa Rica.
Okay tmvdh, thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
Hi Pieter, I still haven't figured out which species it is. Meanwhile you may "name" it Leaf-footed Bug (family Coreidae)...

Hi tmvdh, thanks for your help! Could you give me a direct link to the mission so I can join? I can't find it here... Thank you James for the suggestion, but I think tmvdh is right about it's probably another species. The coloration and pattern seem different than from Thasus neocalifornicus.
Probably these nymphs are of another species - not Thasus neocalifornicus. I'm working on it...
Hi Pieter, it would be great if you could add this spotting to the mission "Insects of Costa Rica"!
