My Spring Azur was some kind of a joke or is it really the ID?
I am not 100% sure about the genus, but quite confident with Celastrina. Unfortunately I have not the time to look the whole bulk of Celastrina sp. In Georgia common are Celastrina neglegta and Celastrina ladon: http://www.discoverlife.org/mp/20q?search=Celastrina+neglecta&guide=1 http://www.discoverlife.org/mp/20q?search=Celastrina+ladon&guide=1 Why not Spring Azur as a spring ambassador ;-)?...
