Description:

Family: Geometridae, Sub-family: Larentiinae. WS 21-30 mm. Semi-translucent yellow FW with a band of light brown spots. Orange accent on edges of wings. Hosts: Maple and violet.

Habitat:

Near meadows and woods. Nocturnal and attracted to light

Excellent and I just got the ID of a moth and it isn't in the Peterson's Guide.
