I finally found a page with known Dragonflies from your area here http://www.ddcr.org/florafauna/Detail.aspx?Class=Arthropods&Referrer=Libelulidae&Subclass=&Id=125 and it appearsthat you have photographed the Crocothemis erythraea Another ID feature for the Kirby's Dropwing is the upper limbs of the centre and hind leg are black, not red, see this picture: http://www.indianaturewatch.net/displayimage.php?id=498404 By the way, in the Scientific name field can you please put only the "Genus + species" and any other scientific details should go in the Notes section.
Definitely NOT a Kirby's Dropwing, they have large orange patches on the inner wings, and the stigmas are very dark with a touch of red at the ends. The colour of the abdomen (more correct than body) of yours is more scarlet than orange. Take a look at this Kirby http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1094016015 for the orange patches and stigma pattern.
