Broad-snouted caiman

We were having lunch with my daughter at a beach restaurant in Florianópolis when we suddently realized that six caimans were right next to us. We asked the people at the restaurante and they said that they are usually there and that we could give them shrimp without getting too near. We observed them for a while, together with passers by reactions which when from photographing to trying to scare the poor caimans away, and then we fed them some shrimp from far away. It was a magnificent experience!!!
