Hallo ArisL. I advice you to add an reference link everytime you suggest an ID. Also check the country. I think it will be difficult to find Neotibicen canicularis in Brazil. The spotting is Zammara sp. as Segio already suggested https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/337315-Zammara
