Hi Jellis, these are not captive toads. Toads are very common in our gardens and backyards. I took these picture in my backyard, I think one of this could be Rhinella arenarum, but the other looks different to Rhinella. Are these captive toads? It looks like two different species and you have the location inside a building. The location and if they are captive make it a little harder to identify if they are not native. Please post a note if these are captive.
