Very interesting, the spine on the top of the head gives it away as a triggerfish :) It looks like the original colouring is gone so it's a little hard to ID, but based on your location and what I can see here, I think it's most likely a Finscale Triggerfish http://www.fishbase.org/summary/Balistes-polylepis.html See what you think :) Definitely a triggerfish though. Cool find!
